The idea behind the Design/Build method of construction is all about open communication and purposeful collaboration. This method provides the owner with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. It allows for more creativity and for the best ideas to be realized. This means that we take the pressure off of you and we handle it all, minimizing costs and streamlining everything to be as efficient as possible.
From estimation, assessments, pre-construction, architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post construction and all of those little pieces that are in between whether handled by our in house teams or a subcontractor; they are managed by us. We take that weight off of your shoulders and direct it all.
The Design-Build process has five main phases:
- Selecting a Design-Builder
- Pre-construction assessments
- Architectural design
- Construction
- Post-construction
But unlike other construction methods, the phases overlap. All team members collaborate throughout the process to provide rapid project delivery.
